BF4 Permanent Black Loading Screen

Whenever I try to connect to an online match my game will go into the loading screen with the white loading icon in the top right of the screen and stay there, permanently. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing but nothing works. Any help?

Try this:

1) Un-install the game
2) Turn off console for 3 minutes (Unplug everything as well)
3) Plug the console back in and turn it on
4) Connect back to Xbox Live
5) Installing the game again (before installation it asks to update)

Note: Do not start the game at all while it's updating or donwloading.

First, try this:

Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> clear that out
Also try going to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> clear that out> and restarting the console.

I followed your instructions and instead of an infinite black loading screen, it stays on that for about 5 seconds then goes to my dashboard (game crashes)
