I live I Vienna, Austria and have a friend visiting from the US. On my second PS4 they logged in to play BF4 with me but they hadn't bought premium yet, so they clicked the triangle to "buy premium" from the in game menu option but it said there wasn't any content for that game. So, the game was closed and they went directly to the PS Store and purchased premium and downloaded the upgrade (1.1 MB, or something like that). But it only ever says "preparing to install" and never installs. The disk is from the store here in Austria but as I said my friend's country of origin is the US and I am guessing it has something to do with that because the second PS4 is my son's and I had already went through all of that with him without a hitch.
Anyway, I looked through a lot of the previous posts having to do with this topic and didn't find anything that quite addressed this exact issue.
