BF4 L85A2 gadget icon not showing on screen

I am having issues along with everyone else. The L85A2 is not showing the gadget icon ingame on screen.. the middle top portion of the gadget hud icons is showing blank even when it is equipped with any set gadget.... i would like to know if this issue is being addressed.
