BF4 Freezing problem [ Edited ]

Hello befor few days i bought bf4 premium edition . So i have problem like every 20 minutes my bf4 got freezed i dont know is that problem with the game or the origin but i cant play normaly.

Sorry for bad english, btw my components are :nvidia geforce960,i5 intel, 8gb rama

I did it , ty for the fast answer here is attach.In every window i got not No problem

Its just like when its loading a map on right corner i got 3 white strips just like when its loading a map and few seconds after that my bf4 just freeze and stop working , that happens to me every 20-30 minutes so i can play a whole map at once becousei t kicks me out like few times

Nono, save all the information in a text file using the "save all information" button and then attach that file in here We can't see much from that screenshot.

I would suggest trialing 2 things , first try the Nvidia Hotfix driver (Link)  if that doesn't  help try reverting back to 362.00 version and see if any change 

It is worthwhile using DDU to do a clean driver install (Link) between versions

I would also recommend you go out and buy a DVI cable , the HD15 cable is analog signal , DVI will provide a digital connection

Is it precisely 20 minutes every time? How is your harddrive setup. more than one harddrive in the system, is it a HDD or SDD?

Is there a message after the game freezes? In Battlelog?

You think that could be problem with monitor adapter? hmm ill get one as soon as i can
