BF4 China Rising Expansion Pack Problem

Ok it's December 3 I the ps3 store doesn't have the china rising dlc it's about 6 pm

I have the same problem on my ps3. I preordered the game and I tried to enter the code but the map pack was not available at that time, so now that he content is available I tried to reneged my code but it says that it has already been used but doesn't show up on my download list. I bought the standard bf4 game with china rising expansion I entered the code when I go it and it has been released now I have had no new map and code cannot be re used and I refuse to pay £11.99 for something I should already have !
