Be careful when you alter the boot table - http://superuser.com/questions/253132/what-are-the-dangers-of-manually-setting-increaseuserva

I have the same problem,
Win 8.1 (64bit), 8GB ram, 6950 HD Radeon (2GB), i5 2500k with latest video card drivers (13.11 Beta8). I randomly get 'Transitioning' status after BF4 crashes on the 64bit version of BF4.
:S
I don't advise running the above command on a 64bit system

Same problem.
windows 7
AMD Phenom II 965
2 x ATi 6870 in Crossfire
Eyefinity 4004x1024
Updated PB manually as I was getting the client closed down the connection error and that has now been fixed to be replaced with this error. So annoying

Can we get a representative to at least shed some light on what "Transitioning" means?
