Amazing idea for battlefield 4

Wonderful game you've created.  Crashes every hour or 2, the buttons are all messed up and can't be manually mapped, the fire button is in 2 or 3 different places depending on what role you're playing, sound doesn't start until 30 second into a match, you can't tell when you're being targeted, etc, etc, etc....   Did you have a team of monkeys develop this thing?  Get it together before you loose your audience.  VERY disappointed.
