Always Crashing In Commander Mode BF4???

Thing is I crash a couple minutes into going HAM in commander mode. WHY>? 

Other Questions:

Do you lose XP when you disconnect or crash?

What does the EMP UAV do?

This is the first time I have seen this kind of problem.

However, I might help you.

1. Try to join multiplayer. Does it work perfectly?

2. Also I recommend you to check update and repair install via Origin.

Regarding other questions:

There are two types of crashes we are currently experiencing.

1. Client-side Crash

    Only you are disconnected from the server. You can reconnect to the server again.

    You will not lose EXP and your exp will be shown up when the match ends.

    Re-joinning server resets your in-round stats. So do not join the same server.

2. Server-side Crash

    Most or All of you are disconnected from the server. Sometimes you cannot connect to the server again.

    You will lose all EXP and unlocks you gain during the match. You also lose XP boost if you are using.

About EMP UAV

UAV is the basic asset for commanders to spot all enemies within the range, right?

Of course, enemy's commander can use UAV.

EMP UAV prevents enemy's commander from using UAV for a shot time within the specific range.

I had the same issue and it was extremely frustrating, but here's what I did.  Go to Origin and right click on bf4, do the "Check For update" for me it downloaded a small one, 111mb ish .. and that FIXED Commander mode for me!!
