So I bought a new Xbox One console not too long ago about 2-3 days ago, and my friend told me they have improve the game save data so you won't lose it anymore. So I decided to buy BF4 new at gamestop with my Xbox One. The past few days was fine, I was going through the campaign, which I have never played before. I finished Kunlun Mountains mission, was working fine this morning. Until I logged on a few hours ago to play again on the campaign and it tells me to start a new one. I contacted a advisor for help and she told me to post over here because my Save Game Data is still recoverable for the campaign, I DO NOT want to redo the whole until up until I left off all over again, and have it happen to me again, its too much work. So how am I able to recover my save game data, and please DEVELOPERS FIX THE PROBLEM SOON. This is getting really irritating, and I am sure most people agree.
