Accidently added BF4 to an origin account which i forgot was Banned

so i bought BF4 in cd format tonight and i signed in to an orgin account which i havent used since 2012 and i forgot that it was banned as hackers hacked BF3 on my account and got me banned and i didnt realize it untill i tried chaging my orgin ID and it wouldnt work and i search my BF3 name and it was Banned so is there away i can contact support to get the key back so i can put it on this account which is new

@swaggermcjs Well since you already added the code to your account its now linked to that account and tied to it meaning the code can't be reset. 

You can try to contact support as EA_Kristi said but they will tell you the same thing.
