Unreadable disc

Hello,

I have bought a couple of months ago Battlefield 4 for xbox 360 and both single player and multiplayer discs are unreadable. Nothing special has happened such as a scratch on the disc or any damage.Is there a way to fix this.

If you're experiencing freezing or the error "Disc Unreadable" on the Xbox 360, try clearing your cache.
