sorry my friend facing a problem and he want to get help: he cant connect to EA.com after login an error message "sorry your request could not be processed at this time." but he can connect to origin client and play games
I just want to know what is the problem and how can he fix that
He get that message: sorry your request could not be processed at this time.
Can we know what is that problem and how can he fix that
+ he tryed an other account it works. he changed the browser and still the same problem with that account
