signing in error

when i pass the title screen it tells me that the player data is corrupt and cannot be used. i have no mods or hacks on my account. also when i go into my soldier and store everything is new. i recently bought premium and it tells me that i have activated my pass and need to download the maps then said congrats u have followed by every map pack individually. this is very annoying and if u can fix this that would be great. my gamertag is spartBL97. thanks

Could you please provide us some information about your system? WE would need to know on which console you are playing. Have already tried a workaround?
