"Battlefield 3 has stopped working" (PC) [ Edited ]

My folder in that directory never had a settings folder to begin with. All there is is a Screenshots folder, no Settings. 

Edit: This is the My Documents\Battlefield3. No Settings folder is present even after a repair of the install and a complete re-install.

I recently installed the Close Quarters DLC and my BF3 has stopped working ever since.  Help??

when i play battlefield3 in online 5minutes later battlefield3 online is stop.

but campain mode is good. i play campain mode 4hours.

i want to do online but always stop.

please help me.
