i lost my origin account !

what should i do to get it back my origin account  ? i can't connect to my email cuz is not working anymore to get the password , and origin services are not working ! Confusedmileymad: and i had to creat a new account to post my problem here cuz I DON'T SEE ANYPLACE TO POST IT  plz help me !!!!!!!!!

Ok there is a few things you can do then.

You can alternatively recover you password > https://help.ea.com/uk/article/ive-lost-or-forgotten-my-password-how-can-i-recover-it

that was hopeful not helpful sir Confusedmileysad: (thank you anyway) the problem is that i can't log to my email to  to receive the pass this is my problem (EMAIL)! that means  email gone ===> origin lost  .......... But  i think there's another way to get my account origin back that is to give my BF3 cdkey to origin and they will compare with the bf3 i have in my account origin is the only way  ( i have only BF3 in my origin account ) ...... now the big problem is where's the help services what they doing !!!!!!! to explain such big disgusting problem i have for them !  Confusedmileyfrustrated:

You will need to make sure you select your country as US. Also you will need to fill out a few details before any of the options become available to you.

i'm having same sort of problem... the thing is i remember my email and everything except i tried it and nothing so i created a new account on same email address i have my game sitting beside me and can't install it as it's already been installed... and whats really weird is i kept the confermation email from when i bought karkland dlc which is sent to same email address ... i haven't played this game for about a year but would like to get back into it as i'm sick of hackers on bo2... i have no idea whats going on all i can think of is my account got hijacked and they changed all the emails ? i just want my game back i even still have the reciept for the game where i bought it at... so i can proove the game is mine....trying to get any help at all from the powers that be seems impossible

i just realised the email confermation for karkland clc has my address and my phone number which hasn't changed can't they just ring me?.. somthing so simple...?
