When you delete the account which you bought the game, will take away the chance of playing game. You can sign in deleted account by creating that account on your PS again. Then go to PS Store, go to your downloads, and download your games. If this does not help, try to Contact EA by clicking here.
You have to fill out product, category and platform.. If you choose your country, you will be able to start a live chat with an EA advisor. If your country does not have Live Chat choose US as a country.
