Why won't my Premium Edition Code work for my New Zealand account on PS3

• The game has BLES on the side of it
• Premium Edition ( has all DLC, Premium membership, online pass)
• Tried code on New Zealand account, PSN store said the code had already been used
• Also tried the code on a UK account I made, same thing came up "code already been used"
• Bought the game new
• Read on the forum that BLES games/codes work for the UK

Is there any way to resolve this problem, Is it something to do with the region. If so please contact me
