Why cant i play BF3? (disconected from live?)

Okay so know BF3 has been BC for xbox 1 for awhile now but every time i try to play it it just says disconected from live and it wont let me play multiplayed AND it signs me into my account under my old gamertag please help i dont know what to do...

Maybe your ea account is still liked to your old Gamertag.

You need to contact ea help in order to link your New Gamertag.
