Why I banned from Battlefield 3 Conquest Large Charlie's Frittenbude Server ? Huh F***king idiot admins I'm recorded all game and they banned me.I'm wanna report this server and admins

Or you can contact Administrator and discuss your Ban. Usually, all contact information in description of the server.

To add to that: If you are referring to a privately rented server, it is up to the admin to ban whoever he wants - that is after all the privilege of being the admin of your own server. Still, if you want to report players for offensive behavior, please by all means refer to this help article.
