What does the kit unlock even do?

Hey, I'm a ps3 user and I've recently purchase the premium option and opted for the full kit and vehicle unlock. I've spent so much time on this game that I've gotten to the point I didn't want to play a ridiculous amount just to unlock some guns.

Since these purchases my gaming experience has taken a nose dive. Not only have I not unlocked any guns, including side arms. But things I've been promised, like gun camos are nearly non-existent. I'm fairly disappointed since I've spent like $90 on top of already buying the game, but I expected more than nothing.

@Instagasim The unlock kits don't unlock assignments, camos, weapon attachments it only unlocks kit unlocks, the weapons for those kits and the vehicle unlocks.
