Unable to play... Help please...

When ever I try to open the game by connecting to a server, even an empty one, I get the following message: "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'ShanaGartrex' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe" 

What the hell do I do if I am getting this message?
