@Adamgm10 Well, I recommend to wait for a while and perhaps the issue will be fixed itself. It may take time to complete the payment operation between your bank and Xbox or EA services.

Have you tried to power cycle your Xbox using this manual?

Yes I am on Xbox One, resetting did not fix it the problem. When the game crashed it didn't do anything it just locked up and sent me back to the Xbox home. I might try hooking up my Xbox 360 and if that doesn't work I'll just get a refund.
