Product not available for download

I purchased Battlefield 3 Premium and I do not have an option to download it. I followed the steps in the receipt e-mail but there is still no download. What do I need to do?

Depending on your bank and payment method, the payment  process can take up to ca. 48 hours. For example, credit card is faster than direct money transaction. Keep in mind that even if your bank has already send the money, that does not mean that your money is received at the same moment.

As you had this issue yesterday, could you please give us an update if you are still unable to see your game?
