Problem unlocking BF3

I purchased Battlefield 3™ Premium this morning through origin and let me just say it was the most painful process in my life.

Long story short how the $#%& do I no unlock this game. I check the email I was sent by origin and there's no download/activate link or unlock code anywhere to be seen. I've looked up my account order history and that confirms that I've got the bloody thing as well as the order number but no download link or unlock code.

WTH do I do guys?

I HAVE Origin - Start pre-loading / downloading your games from the Origin now.
How can I find the Origin? You can access it by clicking on the green Origin logo in your task bar in the bottom right hand side of your screen.

I DO NOT HAVE Origin - install it and pre-load / download your games.

LOOKING UP YOUR ORDER
1. Go to http://store.origin.com and click on the Customer Service link. You may also find other helpful information on this page.
2. Look up your order either through View recent order history and purchase details link at the top of the page.


DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Downloadable products may be accessed by looking up your order. When the order
summary appears, click on the Download link next to the product name.

This copy paste you've been putting everywhere does not help me. If you had actually read the post and not skimmed it you'd have seen that I got the email from Origin and I've looked up my order but there is no download link anywhere!
