Petition EA for Ease of Access?

Any chance of petitioning EA to stop being so infuriating? As a newer player to Origin Access Gaming, I've had NOTHING but trouble when it comes to wanting to play Battlefield... it always seems to pop open my browser, instead of just plain starting the game, like I'm used to it doing on my old XBOX360... and like it's competitors... any chance of just plain bypassing the Battlelog * and getting straight into the Campaign like I desire? Battle Log doesn't seem to care to let me enjoy the Campaign, takes forever just to tell me "can't seem to launch!" and I don't feel like downloading more * onto my comp... I'm about to make more room... again... and go back to Steam and friends...

I am sorry for those troubles with Battlefield 3. Have you tried to Repair the game in Origin client? Also, can you try to perform these troubleshooting steps to improve connection for Battlefield 3?
