Origin achievements not unlocking

Battlefield 3 achievements won't unlock in anyway. I have got all the xbox parts for instance but did not get the achievement.

What Origin achievements can't you unlock? Have you tried to clear Origin cache ?

I have reinstalled orgin several times. I can't unlock any achievement , like road kill I think which is to run someone over using the quad bike. I have ran over a couple people on diffrent servers. I have unlocked all the xbow parts and still haven't unlocked it even after playing several new games.
