Origin ID

Hi,I want to change my Origin ID but I can't.It allways said that ''  This page is currently unavailable. We may be experiencing unusually high load or undergoing maintenance. Please try again later'' or that ''Sorry, this Origin ID is unavailable. Please try a different Origin ID.''and i tried differents names.What can I do.Thanks!
