Origin E-mail deleted

My e-mail what i use for origin has been deleted becuase i didn't use it for too long time and i want so much to get somthing from that e-mail to get unbanned from BF3 , EA send me e-mail to verify to get unban , but i cant access to that e-mail what i use for Origin
