October (most Air kills) competition Servers do not work!

The servers keep saying the password is not valid and wont let us on? There all empty bar one server and that one server wont let any one on! We paid for Premium to be ripped off as how have we a chance of winning something we can't get into? Further to this other players have had a huge head start now on the comp, as they have been playing on these servers but we have not. I want my money back DICE. You messed up big time again!
