Missing Games

I attempted to login to origin today and found that my password wouldn't work. After I reset this I had to re-setup my account, ie. display name, picture, security questions etc. Once I finished this I found that two of my games, battlefield 3 and MOH: warfighter, were missing from the 'my games' tab. When I try to launch the games I am asked to re-activate them but when I try this I am told that my codes have already been used.
