Live chat broken?

I'm trying to resolve a problem but i noticed that live chat isn't available at this time. I also couldn't connect to it yesterday.

Is it just me or is offline at the moment, and if it is offline, when is the time that is usually on?

Nevermind, i found out the problem, it seems that origin account/registration didn't have live chat so i'll just try battlefield 3 account/registration
