So i tried purchasing BF3 and when i tried checking it out i got INVOICEFAILED. I tried it 3 times to see if it were to resolve, which it didnt. Will it charge me 3 times for doing that?

It may charge you around 1.00 for a temp. authorization charge, which is temporary, but you can find out more about your account issue by contacting Customer Service.
Only Customer support has the needed tools and permissions to deal with account related enquireries.
