Unfortunately, that's not possible. Each platform has it's individual solder in Battlelog and a stats or soldier transfer is not possible between them.

You can log into Battlelog on PC with your Origin account's email address. If you don't remember your email address, you can log into the Origin client with your Origin ID and then go to Account and Privacy in the main menu. The associated email address should be listed there.
