[IMPORTANT] Battlefield 3 Premium problem

hi... On sunday i tried to buy BF3 premium but it didnt work (it cost 9$) so i´ve been trying it till next day.. but nothing... it started working when they have changed price to 19$.. i have sent an email to support.. but i ddint recive anything.. I´d like to get it for 9$ because of their bug or something...
