How to untie associated accounts?

Hello, I am in error tied the wrong PSN account and because of this I am playing on an empty fighter without premiummileysad:

I wrote in a live chat but I was told that I needed to call kudato but I am from Russia and I can not call there nor how, what do I do?

Please help me!!!
