How to change my Origin Security Question?

I have a problem! I want to change my security question,because I forgot it.I can´t change it,because i need the old answer....Please Help me

Hey,

You will need to contact the support guys to get assistance with this, You can do this by doing the following:

Go to https://help.ea.com/contactus
Log in.
Enter in the game you are having an issue with.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the option 'I Still need help'
Select the available Contact method of your choice. These will be different depending on what options you choose.
