@KronoD2 This sounds like there's an account mixup. You can try logging in with alternate account details that you've used before. A receipt will have been sent to the email address when you got the game, perhaps if you check your email addresses you can find out which account the game is linked with.
If you're on the right account - the "purchase" will show on the Order History, you may want to clear your cache using the steps on this page: https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
