Games are not Showing up in library after doing an origins update

I Redeemed my BF3 And Syndicate games like a month ago now they won't let me play them because I have to activate them and I can't do that because activating them won't work because its down at the moment and also it will just most likely say that the key had already been used!

 

HELP!

As you know the key redemption service is temporarily down right now, you can wait to try to redeem the key or you can speak with a Game Advisor and he can see what is happening with your account.  You can contact a game advisor here: EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time.
