Faulty premium pass

I BOUGHT BATTLEFIELD 3 WITH A PREMIUM CODE FROM GAMESTOP WITH ALL THE EXPANSIONS. I INPUT THAT CODE AND WAS GOT JUST AN ONLINE PASS AND NO ACCESS TO ANY OF THE PREMIUM CONTENT I BOUGHT.

You must manually download the expansion packs after redeeming the code.  After you entered the code and restarted BF3 did your main title screen say premium?  If you now you have to go to the BF3 in game store to the Premium tab to download your expansion packs.  Once all expansions have completely downloaded (and if on PS3 you have to install them manually by going to the Games tab of the XMB and click on each expansion packs' bubble).  Then start BF3, from the main title screen go to multiplayer, then server browser, then click R3 to open the server browser filter and check all new maps and game modes or you won't find any games on the new expansions.
