DLC won't install

I bought Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC with VISA -- installer seemed to be working but no game installed. I have the file number and purchase receipt as proof of purchase but nowhere to send it. Site crashes or gives me a runaround.

Extremely frustrating trying to contact EA or Bioware for help -- any body else having these problems?
