Change age on ea/origin account

I want to change my age on my account but don't know how. years ago I tried to make an origin account, it worked but it I recently got battlefield 3 and it says I am too young.

This is a forum, not a place where you can get adjustments made to your account. Especially not birthdate as that is a security question. For this you have to contact EA directly by going to https://help.ea.com/contact-us .
