Battlefield online pass

I just bought Battlefield 3 (I peeled off the plastic wrap and eveything). I was playing lastnight online multiplayer and was about to play again, but now it says that I need and online pass. Why?

You are sure that you haven't deleted the Battlefield 3 Online Pass file?

If not, take contact with a Game Advisor here and they can help you further. Be prepared that they might ask for personal details, to verify your account.
