I download and try to install the web plugin but when i try to join a game it only says: Download and install the latest Browser Plugin.
I have been trying to figure it out for 30 minutes. Anyone have the same problem? Or a solution?
Im using Firefox.
EDIT: FIXED!

Hi there,
If you’re experiencing this issue on Firefox, leave the Battlelog webpage and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to delete your Internet browser’s cache and cookies.
Then reboot Firefox, go to Battlelog and let the browser install the required plugins again.
I hope this helps.

I tried the clear cookies and cache etc... did NOTHING ... This problem has stopped me completely from playing this PAID FOR game.
I am really getting pretty angry here. Why do products get shipped WITHOUT BEING TESTED!!!??? What kind of crap is this?
I want an answer NOW from someone at EA NOW... I am tired of **bleep** software put out before its tested. Having been the leader of a quality assurance software division I can tell you this stuff really pisses me off.
EA, answer now please...

Check for current outages and bugs:
- Check the Battlefield server status: ( http://www.ea.com/servers/battlefield3 )
- Check the Origin server status: http://www.origin.com/us/status
- Check News and Official Announcements on Battlelog for outages and current problems
After that, try the following things:
- Try restarting your computer and network equipment (routers, switches etc.)
- Try another browser (Chrome/FireFox/IE)
- Try testing if the problem is still there if you perform a clean boot ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 )
- Try cleaning your browsers' cache and temporary files using CCleaner ( http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner )
- Try repairing your game in Origin (right click --> repair)
- Try reloading your games in Origin by pressing "Reload My Games"
- Check if Punkbuster is running correctly and update it manually ( https://help.ea.com/in/article/punkbuster-technical-issues )
- Try setting bf3.exe and Origin as a trusted application in the windows(/other) firewall
- Try flushdns to flush your dns cache ( http://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS )
- Make sure Origin doesn't have connection issues ( https://help.ea.com/article/connection-issues-with-origin )
- Make sure the correct ports for BF3 is open ( https://help.ea.com/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-3 )
- Try reinstalling Origin by manually uninstalling first ( https://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-origin ) + make sure it's the newest version
- Try reinstalling the game by manually uninstalling first ( https://help.ea.com/article/How-to-manually-uninstall-Battlefield-3 )
- Try deleting the BF3 Settings folder in C:/Users/USERNAME/My Documents/Battlefield 3
- Use Windows Eventviewer to look at the error in xml and copy/paste the solution here
- Run Origin and Battlefield 3 as administrator ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff431742.aspx )
- Go to the cloud button on BF3 and uncheck the “enable cloud storage for all games” box. Launch the game, quit it and re-enable the cloud storage box. Make sure to use the local data when the information box popping up.
Please accept solutions if they are correct and press the XP button if somebody helped you. This way you help others in the same situation.

Since this is your first post in this thread can you tell us what browser you are using instead of just getting angry? This game has been out since 2011, well before the current internet browsers were released so the game was tested and worked with the then current browsers before being released.
There are known issues with IE 10 and above and the battlelog plug in, so if you are using Internet Explorer 10 downgrade to IE 9 or lower or do what I did and install firefox or Chrome to play BF3 which both work with the battlelog plug in.

Have you tried going into your addons via the tools menu and manually deleting the Battlelog plug and reinstalling it into your IE7 installation?
