Battlefield 3 removed from account

Bought Battlefield 3 Standard Edition when it was on sale and played alot of hours but now, 3 months later the game is removed from my Origin account and i need to buy it again to play?? What is this nonsence?? Come on Origion give me a break...

Try to clear Origin cache http://help.ea.com/en/article/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/ and reboot your PC. If this doesn't work, please contact EA support:

1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/  .2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC). 3)Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available). Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account.   Other methods to contact EA support.
