No worries, you can play as much as you like. Battlefield 3 Online pass is permanently free now.

When you said that online pass is permanently free .. Did you mean that online multiplayer was free only for gold members ?? I only have a silver membership in Xbox live

You didn't mention that you are on Xbox.  In that case you should have Xbox Live Gold subscription to get access to Multiplayer and Online features for all games.
