Open that very Save file using note pad, and find resolution, next to the height there will be resolution hertz set that to 60 from 0.

Hi there, you're playing on a laptop I presume?
In the BF3 game options menu just make sure your screen resolution is set correctly to 1366x768 * 60HZ.

Hi,
go in to "your documents"\Battlefield 3\settings and delete PROF_SAVE_profile.
Then start the game again.
