Battlefield 3 PC battlelog not working properly

I have been playing Battlefield 3 for 1+ year with no problem.

But have recently having issue with battlelog. it does load up in my browser, but it is not working properly.

When I try to access my soldier stats, my username is shown but the stats could not load, my avatar also does not show my ranking.

Same goes to the multiplayer, I could not check any of the options.

When I want to log out, my avatar on the top right hand side does not bring up the log out or any other option at all. the icon is all black in color.

I have try to repair, re-install, re-boot, but still could not get battlelog to work properly. It only show my username but none of the options are working.

Please help.
