Batllelog issue please help

Trying to play BF3 on PC and when it taked me to the battlelog page its telling me I need to purchase...I have done everything its told me to try and fix it...uninstall origin/reinstalling also redoing the battlefield 3 install and what not...Please help...

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and reinstallig the battlelog browser plugins? Have you tried using another browser?

Yes ive tried using a different browser. And I was never asked/promted to install in battlelog plugings?
