Banned 3 times for no reason- and no help from support

Suddenly one day I was banned for 72hrs. They sent me what appears to be an auto generated message saying that I broke the rules of service by posting extreme sexual and/ or obscene material. Obviously I had not done anything like this as I'd never do something like that and I hadn't even been online the days pre this date. I mailed the support explaining my situation and even had a livechat session with them. The guy in the chat said I'd better endure the ban and that's practically it. I recieved no answer to my email.

 
We'll 3 days later I finally got to play a few games and BOOOM; banned again for the same insane reason.
I got really mad and immediately wrote another mail an had another chat session. "We'll look into your problem!" Was the answer. I wasn't really satisfied with this but what could I do? So for the 2:nd time I was locked out for 72hrs from the game I payed money to play.

I have now been working outta town for 2 weeks and just moments ago I read my email: Banned for 168hrs!!!!! 1 6 8 hours!!!!!
Same damn reason, same auto generated crap, no explanation, no answer to what is going on, no help, no excuses, no one saying:" sorry customer, we screwed up and we lift your ban with no delay". I get no answer to my emails that I send and I can't play my game.
I haven't touched my computer in weeks and still I send porn to other players?!
EA need to look into this problem but they don't even bother to answer me more than "Well look into it"- and ban me for another week!!!!

Wait til the ban ends? Is this what you're supposed to accept as a EA customer?
I don't know what to do, I have no virus/ trojan on my computer..and even if my computer is turned off the problem persists, so the problem seems to be somewhere else than on my site.

EA seem to reason that the standard procedure is BAN, if there is something going on BAN BAN BAN..if that customer files a complaint, BAN!!! 

 

I read sometimes that people get banned for all kinds of reasons, and some of them I feel is reasonable, but banning someone who isn't even online and accusing him of perverted actions, over and over, and they have not once approached me personally trying to find out whats going on, or trying to solve the situation. No, they remain silent, and it's been 3 or 4 weeks now. So that 14 day to reply is not holding either.

 

I even once called local support here in Sweden, and I've never ever spoken to a more non-enthustiastic person in my life. He hardly answered my questions, told me to write another mail..yawned and then he fell asleep or just hung up, I don't know, but that supportline was a complete joke!

We here in the Answer HQ can not do anything about banned accounts so  for banned accounts pleas see this page and do every step if you what anything done about your ban  https://help.ea.com/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts
