BF3 won't download from Origin?

Ok, I live in the U.A.E, My ISP is Etisalat and I'm running on Fibre Optics at 1 Megabyte/s. I downloaded Origin and decided to digitally download BF3 (Just the normal base game). So I bought it and pressed 'download'. Then it says 'preparing download'. It stays like that for 5 minutes and then says the following: 'An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error 196613:200'. This is bloody BS! I paid 30 euros for this sh**! I've been constantly trying to download it but it keeps coming up with the same error! Please, any help is much appreciated :L

Since you don't mention what you have tried, here's some universal solutions to most problems.
-Please write descriptive subject texts so the right people find you question
-Try restarting your computer and router
-Try repairing your game in Origin
-Try uninstalling and installing Origin again
-Try doing a UOtrace to EA's servers to check for problems - https://help.ea.com/article/how-to-uo-trace
-Update you drivers to your graphics card and other components.
-Check if Punkbuster is running correctly and update it manually (https://help.ea.com/article/battlefield-3-punkbuster-error)

I know some of them don't apply yet, but if you don't mention what you have tried, I'm not going to sort off the list

Hey, thanks Carbonic for replying. But I don't think you read what I said in my first post thoroughly. I haven't even got the game installed on my PC. It won't start the download. I don't think updating Punkbuster will effect it. I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin though, but the same error persists. Recently just got a new graphics card so I don't think I need any new drivers. Any other ideas? I'm really stuck and I'd like to start playing as soon as possible.
